Having more than 17 years experience in the field of construction in various plants, Power houses, Construction of high-rise multi-story buildings, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals Industrial buildings in Pakistan.
(Responsibilities) Identify critical activities, carryout risk analysis and take necessary measures to ensure timely completion of the project. Develops method statement for project execution, discuss with client and obtain approval. Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work, safety, Schedule & productivity of personnel, subcontractors and associated support. Control and coordinate progress of work to maintain schedule. Troubleshooting and handling work as per clients schedule and specification. Assist the Project Manager in the implementation of project execution, planning and scheduling and other aspects related targets. Plans, directs and coordinates all civil related jobs in plant facilities analyses jobs to be performed and assigns manpower, selects necessary tools and equipment required for the job. Ensures that all related civil jobs in any assigned project are carried out safely and on time. Responsible for the supervision of all Civil works from excavating to finishing. Quantity takeoff and measurements of all subcontractors work. Quantity takeoff as per drawings and plans and preparing the bill of quantities. Reviews technical designs and specifications for modifications/ installations, and discusses, evaluates and supervises the work to be carried out Giving all the instructions to drawing section. Involved in witnessing of site testing for ground compaction and concreting, progress reporting, marked up/checking of as-built drawings. Provides technical advice and direction.
